Returns

PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.

All vintage items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns outside this period will not be accepted and can only be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Conditions for returns:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• The original hangtag must still be attached. Items without hangtags are not eligible for return.

• Please include the invoice or clearly note your order number.

All returned items will be inspected. Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their cost.

Store Credit Only

• Instead of a monetary refund, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s).

• Store credit is issued in the form of a coupon that can be used on your next order.

• Processing a return may take up to 10 business days.

It is also possible to return your order in our Zutphen store. You will also receive store credit in the form of a coupon.

Purchases made directly in our Zutphen store can only be exchanged for store credit (coupon) within 14 days of purchase. We do not issue cash refunds for in-store purchases.
