All vintage items can be returned and issued with a refund, however, this is only possible if they arrive at our address within 14 days of receipt. Items that are returned after the 14 day cool off period are not eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender. All items will be inspected upon return. All items must be unused and in the same condition as you have received them. We will need the invoice to process your refund (if you have an order without an invoice make sure the order number is clearly noted) .
All items returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender.
Refunds can only be processed to the account / card / payment method used to originally pay for the order.
Returns can take up to 10 business days to be carried out and refunded depending on your bank and method you paid with. In this period customers who use after-pay are still liable for payment. Please take this into account.
All items are sold and shipped with a hangtag, if they are detached or removed, a refund will not be possible.

It is also possible to return your order in our store. Refunds will be transfered via the original payment method.
Purchases made in our Utrecht Store can only be exchanged for a coupon within 14 days of purchase, we do not refund cash for items bought in store. Please ensure you have the receipt.
