Returns, Store Credit & Depreciation Policy
General Information
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated charges. We do not reimburse return shipping fees.
All vintage items purchased online may be returned within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returns initiated or received after this period will not be accepted and, if applicable, may be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must strictly comply with the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition as received.

The original hangtag must remain attached and intact at all times. Items returned without hangtags will be refused.

The return shipment must include the original invoice or a clear reference to the order number.

All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Items that fail to meet the above requirements will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the sender’s own cost.
Depreciation & Reduction in Value
In accordance with applicable law, we reserve the right to apply a reduction in value of up to 30% to returned items. This reduction may be applied if the item:

shows signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, or improper handling;

is returned in a condition that diminishes its resale value; or
-
does not fully comply with the stated return conditions.
Any reduction in value will be deducted from the store credit issued for the return. The assessment of depreciation is carried out solely at our discretion and is final.
Store Credit Only – No Monetary Refunds

Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not issue monetary refunds.

Store credit is issued in the form of a non-refundable, non-transferable coupon equal to the approved return value, minus any applicable depreciation.

Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash and has no cash value.

Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the date of receipt.

Orders may also be returned in person at our Zutphen store, where store credit will likewise be issued in the form of a coupon.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased directly in our Zutphen store may only be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item meets the return conditions. Cash or card refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
Promotional Periods & Discounted Orders
During promotional periods (including but not limited to sales, discounts, special offers, or campaigns), the following terms apply:

No exchanges during promotions
Orders placed during promotional periods are final with regard to exchanges. Items cannot be exchanged or swapped for other products, sizes, or variations. -
Returns remain subject to standard return conditions
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the standard return policy continues to apply to promotional purchases. -
No stacking of offers
Promotional prices, discounts, and campaign offers cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, discount codes, or store credits.
Liability for Return Shipments
We cannot be held liable for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. The customer bears full responsibility for the return until it has been received and confirmed by us. We strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping.
