1970's British Army Cargo-pants
Full length lightweight trousers in olive green poly cotton fabric. Manufactured for the British military circa 1970. Featuring a zip-fly, six button down belt loops and two buckled waist adjusters to achieve the perfect waist fit. Has huge regular pockets, a flapped backpacker and a single flapped cargo-pocket on the left thigh.
Standard and popular trousers worn by the British Army, Royal Marines, and RAF Regiment. Used for a multitude of tasks, "Lightweights", or "O.G.s" were the preferred trousers, even in winter, as their ability to dry out when soaked was immanently faster than any alternative.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL THE TROUSERS VARY SLIGHTLY IN SIZE AND STATE. NONE OF THEM WILL BE PERFECTLY NEW, THE RANDOM NATURE OF THE DISTRESSING OF EACH SINGLE PIECE IS WHAT MAKES EACH ONE UNIQUE. JUST LIKE YOU.
All trousers have adjustable belts on the sides making them easy to adjust for the perfect waist fit. Although all pants vary slightly in size, to make things easy we measured all pieces individually and matched them with current international sizes.
